Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Henrico County’s West End (VA) welcomes applications for the position of Worship Arts Director.
The primary focus of the Worship Arts Director is to lead this vibrant and growing congregation’s worship and arts ministries. Building on a tradition of musical creativity, our next Worship Arts Director will help tell the stories of faith, enabling people to connect to God and one another through the gift of music and arts.
The Director of Worship Arts is responsible for implementing the Lead Pastor’s vision of worship by leading, developing, coordinating, and directing the Worship Ministries for the scheduled Sunday services and additional seasonal services as they may be scheduled. The position is part-time (up to 30 hours). Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
