The Pumpkin Patch Will Open for 2025 on September 27!
Daily from 1pm-7pm Through October 31

Why Does Good Shepherd Sell Pumpkins?
Our pumpkins come from a Navajo Indian Reservation in Farmington, NM. Good Shepherd receives proceeds from our Pumpkin Patch, and a percentage is returned to the Navajo Indian Reservation. To read more about the story of the family that started this ministry, click here.
Proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch go towards mission work at Good Shepherd and in the broader community. Ways that these funds have been used in the past include:
- Provide Bibles for youth
- Support local and international mission trips by providing grants for adults and youth
- Help funds special building and maintenance projects such as wheelchair ramps, projects at Heart Havens and Westview on the James
- Provide educational and retreat funding
- Bicycles for Children Ministry at Christmas
- United Methodist Committee on Relief Cleaning Kits – for areas impacted by natural disasters
The UMM is proud to sponsor the Pumpkin Patch. Please prayerfully consider supporting the Pumpkin Patch.
