When you arrive… From Hungary Road, you will find convenient parking located at the end of the entrance driveway. Our parking lot is at what appears to be the back of the church, but the parking lot actually the entrance to the building.
If you have infants or toddlers… We love children and invite you to have them join you in worship, or you may bring them to the nursery. Our greeters will assist you in locating the nursery. When you leave your children in the nursery, you will be asked to sign them in. Please let the nursery workers know if your child has special needs, such as allergy concerns. For more about opportunities for children, click here.
To enter the Sanctuary for worship… Walk along the sidewalk to the portico and enter the glass doors of the lobby. You will be met at the door by our greeters, who will welcome you on behalf of the congregation. Our building is handicap accessible, and we welcome people of all conditions into our sanctuary. From the nursery, walk down the hallway to the steps; after the steps, turn left. A greeter will greet you at the sanctuary doors at the end of the lobby.
When you enter the Sanctuary… The greeters at the sanctuary entrance will assist you in locating seats. Feel free to sit anywhere; there is plenty of room. If you arrive after the service has started, don’t worry, we will have a seat for you. We also offer Sunday School for children and youth during the 10 a.m. worship service.
What Does A Worship Service Look Like? … Our worship service includes Gathering and Praise through music, a children’s message, a Sermon, and prayers. Music is interspersed throughout the service. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month. Communion is available to everyone. You do not need to be a member of our church. Christ welcomes all to receive communion, and so do we. Recordings of our worship services can be found here. Our service is live on this page at 10 a.m. each Sunday.
We project the words to hymns, scripture, and congregational responses on the screens located at the front of the sanctuary. If you prefer to use a hymnal or bible, they are located on the side of the media booth located at the back of the sanctuary. The United Methodist Hymnal (UMH) is a red hard cover, and the Faith We Sing (FWS) is a black soft cover. Bibles are blue. The green soft-cover bibles are a gift for you if you do not have a personal bible.
Our Congregation… Is composed of all ages, from newborn infants to retirees, with many children and youth. We dress for worship in everything from jeans to khakis, suits, and even shorts. Come as you are. We have a place for you.
